Call the Scores is a free-to-play sports score prediction game operated by White Arc, a sole trader business registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@whitearc.co.uk.

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Call the Scores. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will take steps to remove their account and delete their personal information.

Call the Scores lets you predict football and rugby scores, earn points, and compete in leaderboards and private leagues. It is free to play and is a game of skill for entertainment, not gambling. There are no entry fees or stakes. Seasonal prizes may be awarded to top-performing users on the Global League leaderboard; see the Prizes and promotions section below and our Prizes page for details.

You can create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. If you sign in with Google, your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy. One account per person. Please note that signing in with Google using an email address different from the one on your existing account will create a separate new account rather than signing you into your existing one. Provide accurate information. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Do not attempt to manipulate scoring, exploit bugs, use automated tools to submit predictions, or interfere with the service. Predictions lock at each match's kick-off and cannot be changed after.

Display names, league names and any content you submit must not be offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, infringing, misleading, or impersonate others. We may edit or remove names or content that breach this, and may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated breaches.

Match data is supplied by third-party providers. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee it. We may correct results, recalculate points, or void or re-score fixtures or gameweeks where data is incorrect, matches are postponed or abandoned, or errors occur. Points have no monetary value.

From time to time we may offer prizes to the highest-ranked users on the Global League leaderboard at the end of a season. All users with a Call the Scores account are automatically entered into the Global League at no cost. There is no entry fee, purchase, or payment required to participate or to be eligible for prizes. Prize details, including the number of winners, prize descriptions, and any eligibility or minimum-participation requirements, will be published on our Prizes page before each season begins. Prizes have no cash value and no cash alternative will be offered. Where a prize cannot be supplied, we may substitute a gift card or voucher of equivalent value at our discretion. We reserve the right to change, withdraw, or substitute prizes at any time. Prize eligibility requires a minimum number of gameweek predictions to qualify: unless we publish otherwise for a given season, you must have submitted predictions for at least 50% of the gameweeks available to you in a competition, measured from the date you joined Call the Scores rather than across the whole season, to qualify for that competition's prizes. Gameweeks that had already finished before you joined do not count against you. Winners will be contacted using the email address on their account. This is a free skill-based competition and is not gambling.

If a prize cannot be supplied through no fault of ours, for example supplier failure, an event being cancelled or postponed, tickets being unavailable through official club channels, or a winner being unable to attend, we will exercise the substitution right above and provide a gift card or voucher of equivalent value instead. Where a prize remains unclaimed, we may select an alternative winner.

Prizes are currently available to entrants who are resident in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland only. Everyone is welcome to play Call the Scores and appear on the Global League leaderboard wherever they live, but entrants resident outside the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland are not eligible to receive prizes. We may extend prize eligibility to further countries in future, and any change will be published on our Prizes page before the season it applies to. Winners must be aged 18 or over to claim a prize; entrants aged between 13 and 17 may claim through a parent or guardian, who must accept the prize on their behalf. We may ask a winner for proof of age and residency before releasing a prize, and may select an alternative winner if a claimant cannot provide it or does not respond within 28 days.

We collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics to help us improve the service, including an approximate country-level location derived from your IP address on first sign-in. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or withdraw features at any time.

The service, its design, branding and software belong to us or our licensors. Club and competition names are used to identify fixtures only; Call the Scores is not affiliated with or endorsed by any club, league, or governing body.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, or losses arising from your use of a free service, and our total liability is limited to £100.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile; this permanently removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms.

We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Match fixtures, results and league data are provided by third party data services, including the Football-Data.org API. Call The Scores is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League, the English Football League, the Bundesliga, Serie A, La Liga, Ligue 1, Premiership Rugby, the Six Nations, or any football or rugby club or governing body. All club and competition names are used solely to describe the fixtures and results covered by the service. Call The Scores does not use official club crests, competition logos, or broadcast imagery.
